Witching Decor! Stampin` Up!

Good Morning everyone! Today I wanted to share 1 of the kits that we have to offer in our new 2015 Holiday Catalog. There is no doubt that I love Halloween. I always have. October is a special month for me anyway – my birthday month! When I seen this kit, I had to get it right away. It is called the Witching Decor Project and it is found on page 7 of our new catalog. It has everything you need (except the ink pads and the stamps) to make this adorable witche’s hat!

So, I did something just slightly different with mine (yes, I had to be the over achiever). I love the result but I must warn you, it was a tiny bit more time consuming but I love how it turned out. They supply you with all the leaves. I decided to use my Vintage Leaves Stamp Set (page 88 of the Annual Catalog. It is a photopolymer stamp set Item # 138802 $26.00) and stamp both sides of every leaf with the basic black ink and then I used the sponge in the kit and I inked every leaf (both sides) with the Early Espresso Classic Ink. I love how it turned out. It is just another way to tweek it and make it your own!

This is a super adorable kit and it makes for a great decor item for the season! I just love it! If you’d like more information on this kit, you can click here – it is my online store!  We will get you all set for Halloween and those cute little gobblins!

Thank you so much for stopping by! Make something spooky and get inky!! *hugs*
