Here are the digits:
DSP 5 1/4 x 11 and also a 3 1/4 x 3 1/4 inches (same pattern or 1 that coordinates)
Coordinated Colored Card Stock 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 and also a 7 x 3 1/2 inches (score this piece at 3 1/2 inches and fold)
Basic White or Very Vanilla Card Stock (whichever matches your DSP): 3 1/4 x 3 1/4 inch square and some scrap to cut out a label for your sentiment.
Embellishments such as sequins, rhinestones, etc
Stamp Set
Ink
Score the 5 1/4 x 11 piece of DSP at 1 3/4, 3 1/2, 5 1/4 and 7 inches
