Hello there! Good Morning! As you read this, I am getting ready to go to a “mini convention”. I am very excited to go! It should be a good time! My good friend Lucinda and I will be going together. A fellow demonstrator will be hosting the Creative Convention and I think it will be so much fun! I love getting together with others who love paper crafting as much as I do – it is SO inspiring! Don’t you agree? My good friend / upline, Jenny will be there as a guest speaker. I was asked to do a small demonstration on a suite in the holiday catalog, soooooooooooooo, I have been making lots of Halloween decor. I love Halloween, so this gave me a good excuse to get going on some decor and cards for the festive spooky occasion. So, for the next few weeks(actually 26 days including today and then some!), I will be featuring Halloween, while I also work on fall and Christmas goodies to post for all of you! It is still August, but as you know, the holidays sneak up on us before you realize it. Being ahead of the holidays makes life stress free – trust me, I am pretty crabby when I am under stress. It is NOT fun! LOL
Here is today’s project:
Supplies Used:
- Halloween Hello Stamp Set
- Halloween Bash Stamp Set
- Whisper White and Pumpkin Pie Card Stock
- Staz On Black Ink Pad
- Apothecary Accents Framelits
- Big Shot
- Decorative Label Punch
- Large Oval Punch
- Scallop Oval Punch
- 3/4 in Chevron Ribbon – Basic Black
- 1/8 in Taffeta Ribbon – Basic Black
- 1×8 cellophane bags
- Basic Rhinestones
- Glue Dots
- Gumballs – Local Party City Store
These are so easy to make.. just take our 1 x 8 cellophane bags, stick some treats inside (I used orange and black gumballs) and decorate with stamps and punches and framelits as you wish – for Halloween or any holiday, these are sure to be a hit with neighbors, co – workers, teachers, classmates, or just a random RAK to your local bank teller, postal carrier, UPS driver *wink* and more!
Thank you so much for stopping by today! I hope these next few weeks I can get you into the the spirit of Halloween! Enjoy the day, make something pretty (or spooky) and get inky! *hugs*
just wondering where to purchase the 1×8″ cello bags?
thank you
Beverley
