A Little Bird Told Me.. ! A Video Tutorial On How To Make The Cloud Background

• Scallop Circle Punch
• Stampin` Sponges
• Pool Party Seam Binding
• Linen Thread
• Ticket Punch
• Stampin Dimensionals
• Snail Adhesive

The clouds are fun to make and I’d like to make a video here for you, so you can see just how easy it is.. using a sponge, an ink pad and a punched out scallop circle. It gives a great effect on cards and makes it a bit more dimensional. I love this technique!
