So, for those who do not know, I do chat on mIRC. There are always some people that of course are just plain ole nutballs but .. once in a blue moon you come across someone who you develop a friendship with. Anita is one of those people. Anita goes above and beyond for her friends. Yesterday, while I was a crazy lady in Grand Rapids, I received a box in the mail. She told me to watch for one. I had no idea what I’d find inside. Anita made this BEAUTIFUL afghan for me. I have to tell you, it choked me up when I opened the box. The last time I received an afghan was one my grandmother made for me when I was in my teens. I still have it. Anita, thank you so much.. it is absolutely beautiful and made with caring. I know you took a lot of time and yarn to make this.. I treasure this.. such a sweet thing to do!
